If you have the opportunity to work with Rebecca, don't walk... RUN DIRECTLY TO HER! There were several mishaps during my moving out of the storage unit and Rebecca remained calm and reassuring during the entire process. She's knowledgeable, warm, and genuinely caring. She provided me with the appropriate information to rectify all my issues and concerns in a timely fashion before moving day, DURING moving day, and subsequent to moving day. She was more than a consummate professional. She was more like a moving concierge who anticipated my needs, met them by doing way more than required, and did it all with a warm and welcoming smile!

We have been a satisfied long term renter at this facility. The facility is clean, secure and well maintained. But rarely do you find a owner/manager who gives wonderful care, deals and service to the loyal long-term customers. Rebecca is the exception. I was surprised to suddenly see our bill decrease.
