When my grandmother passed, we needed a place to store everything once the house sold. The location was convenient, the rental process was easy and James was very helpful. Not the best situation to be in need of a storage facility, but he was understanding and made the process smooth. Thanks!

Laura and James were absolutely wonderful to work with ! I mostly dealt with James, because he set up my account and provided me with my information and the storage unit. He was always pleasant and helpful and came to my rescue once when I was having difficulties getting into the gate. Plus, the location was perfect. If I am EVER in the need for another unit, I will be going back to Public Storage and will refer this company to my friends and family. If you ever need to have a place to put your stuff, Public Storage is the safe haven to go to.

I am moving back to Indiana and have looked at a couple different storage units. Went into this one and Laura was very helpful. She helped me find a big enough storage unit that I would need in my price range. Thank you Laura for your great customer service.
