I just rent a room at this Public Storage location. I made a reservation online for the same day, and five minutes later I got a call from the manager Ms. Devanair. We schedule a time for my visit and the rest of the process was very quick and fluid.

I had an excellent move in with the Public Storage on Bolton Rd. The manager Devanair is friendly, confident and a great multi-tasker. When I arrived, she had 3 customers and phones were ringing. Devanair made each one of use feel that we were important and worked efficiently to limit our wait time. It was great to have someone who was very knowledgeable about unit size and can guide you through the process. Customer Service is very important to me and I do business with people I like. For this reason, this storage unit is on my "Do Business With" list.
