I have had a storage unit at this Extra Space for many years but had noticed that my rental charges had been raised. I stopped in yesterday and met Cen for the first time. Cen is the store manager and not only was able to resolve the matter but also I was able to rent a bigger unit for less than I was paying for a small unit. If you are in need of a storage unit or have seen your rent increase, I would definitely recommend you speaking with Cen. Not only is he a very nice person, he is very knowledgeable about the units.
