Readers; Laura the manager at 10505 Marlin Road facility is a very polite and professional person to do business with. I made a reservation on a Saturday for a small 7’ x 10’ unit. Laura showed me the unit and was pleased. I said that I wasn’t quite sure if it would be large enough. She said we can adjust it when I arrive with the furniture Tuesday, as long as there was a larger unit available. When I picked the furniture Monday, in another City, I used a 6’ x 12’ rental trailer. I am an excellent packer and I knew then I would have to have a larger storage unit. I called Public Storage and Imara answered. I explained I would like to rent a larger unit and she handled the change in reservation with ease. Imara stated that when I arrived Tuesday all my information will be in the computer ready for me to finish the paper work. Tuesday morning I arrived shortly after the office opened. Laura was there and greeted me. I told her about the change in reservation. She said that was fine but since all of Public Storage computers were down she couldn’t access the reservation. She said that she could get me going until they come back up. She showed me the unit and I readily accepted. I was in the process of the moving my items in when she stopped by and said the computers were up and running. At the completion of the move I finished the paper work. Laura was calm, professional and cognizant of my time. I believe she is an asset to Public Storage, and I would recommend this Public Storage facility.
