I was very impressed with how courteous and accommodating the people at this storage facility was. If I had any requests or questions they were more than willing to be sure I had what I needed and in a timely matter. The place was state of the art and very clean. I was greeted at the door with a smile!!(thank you!) The store manager was available and personable to address anything I might encounter. The storage facility itself was actually park like setting and again… clean. They were upfront and clear as to the rules and requirements I needed to be aware of on my end. Done in a respectful polite way unlike many facilities who have a 3rd party customer service answering their phones lying about what the price will be in the future or what will happen if the verbiage in the lease completely negates the conversation I just had only to have a supervision tell me either agree with it or go somewhere else. The one on one service is so worth any cost they are in comparison with this facility. Actually it’s not even a comparison to the quality service these people give. They opened the door for me and smiled and they welcomed me and stayed to be sure I was happy when I walked out the door. It was a pleasure doing business with them. Thank you.
