John took extra great care for me. When pricing went up I was very surprised that it doubled, from 78-157. I let it go for a bit because i thought nothing could be done. One day i thought, you never know! So i called just to see what had happened. John was very helpful, and even he was shocked. Normally prices go up but doubling should not have occurred. He was able to lower the bill to 100 a month. And he credited me 96$. It was the best he could do and I was very grateful!
