I have searched a lot of places to keep my stuff while in the process of moving. I found this facility on the web and called to inquire. This facility is managed by courteous people. Other places could have the same features as this place, but the manager in this facility like H.A. is the deciding factor. Yes, I'm reserving my second unit as I'm writing this review! Thanks H.A!!!
I have 3 units at one facility but cannot pay for all 3 online. Will only let me pay for one, the same one. I would think my account would reflect all 3. Really inconvenient.
We kept our vehicle here for several months while traveling. When we returned we stayed in Santa Maria and had the vehicle repaired. The manager, H. A. Stafford, was excellent. He was helpful, courteous and accommodating. Even with the pressure of day to day operations, he took time to see how everything was going and asked if we needed anything. One night we lost track of time and almost were locked in...H. A. Showed up out of nowhere and let us out! All and all a great experience. We will use extra space when possible because of it. Hopefully, the others can measure up. Thanks H. A.!!!
Never had a problem with or at this facility. Only issue is the price keeps going up.
If you find yourself needing storage, THIS is the place! Nice spotless facility, alarmed and monitored. Gate access hours are convenient. Well managed by a friendly and professional staff with the knowledge to help you make the right choice for all your storage needs.
