The CubeSmart on 5th Street and Dunlap is the best self storage location I have ever rented at! I've had my storage here for over a year now and the girls in the office are always friendly, helpful, and will really go the extra mile to make sure that I'm happy. during the summer when it's hot they always come out of the office to give me a cold bottle of water, if I need an extension on my payment they work with me until payday, they're just great. I've rented from a lot of different storages throughout the valley of the sun and this one by far takes that cake. And their pricing is so reasonable I actually just got another storage unit from them. I recommend CubeSmart to everybody but this location especially.
Your facility is very clean and parking is easy. It is a pain to have to log in twice, once to get in building and then again to get on elevator. This change is not convenient, have one or the other. Number of carts is minimal. Last year you used to play Christmas music this time of year as well as other music the rest of the year, but none this year. Feedback was someone complained. So what, we all have to suffer because of one of two?
Customer service was more than excellent when Amanda was the point of contact personnel but when she left the new manager was contentious and very droll, no knowledge of what was available, very unfriendly and contentious.
My sister and I needed some extra storage while our house is being renovated. CubeSmart on Dunlap and 7th street was convenient. Reserved a unit and went to complete paperwork with Seresa who couldn't have been nicer. She showed us the unit and we realized we needed a larger unit so got it switched. Finished the small amount of paperwork and made our payment. Reserved a truck for the following Saturday which is complimentary. Couldn't be more pleased with the amenities and the facility itself.
