I do not like that I am charged extra money every month just to pay my bill. I live out of state so am unable to go the the location and pay cash in person every month. When paying by phone or over the internet we are charged a processing fee that goes directly to the company. I have never used a company that charges people just to pay the bill. I have no choice but to keep using this company since I am out of state but I would find a company that does not rip its customers off with these extra fees.

Only had the space for 2 month while I found a new place. I had an issue where I thought was on auto pay and missed the Due Date for the 2nd month because I thought I was on auto pay. A staff member reached out to me an explained I was late. The entire time I could hear the manager telling her what to say. It was clear they were used to people skipping out on them or something because the GM seemed ready to be tough, however, when she decided to take over the call was much more polite in actual conversation with me. I made arrangements to pay them on my next paycheck all was fine There appeared to be a break in the line of communication because i received a call again a few days later asking me about my bill. I calmly stated I already disclosed I will pay Friday representative said she would document it. I called on my payday to the customer service line since the location itself was not open to pay the bill but noticed a late fee was applied that the GM and I had discussed would be waived due to miscommunication. The rep from customer service said she would document the conversation and I called the GM later on when the store was open. To my surprise the GM had a little snappy attitude say "You opened up a ticket on my store and we had an agreement." Advised I just called to get my Total and did not know why the late fee was not removed which is why I was calling her now. I didn't know the rep from customer service was creating a ticket but clearly by the GM demeanor it was not a good thing but I didn't look to document a complaint I just wanted to make sure that the late fee was waived there was no reason for the rude behavior. By the end of the phone call with the GM she did calm down and was nicer but the original attack was not warranted. Accusatory was the best way to describe her demeanor she took it personal and I had no clue I was drafting a complaint I just asked why the late fee was still applied.
